libapache2-mod-spamhaus software package provides Apache DNSBL module that blocks listed IP addresses, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libapache2-mod-spamhaus
libapache2-mod-spamhaus is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libapache2-mod-spamhaus package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libapache2-mod-spamhaus *
You will get with libapache2-mod-spamhaus package name, version, architecture and description in a table
